Information regarding 2025/26 Winter bookings

Dear Guests,

We are thrilled to announce that we are now ready to accept bookings for the upcoming 2025/26 Winter Season.

Starting from August 16^th 09:00AM JST (August 15^th 16:00PM PST), we will accept reservations through our website exclusively. Booking.com, Expedia, and AirBnB will follow soon. Reserving through our website will grant you the lowest available rate. Please feel free to contact us if you come across with the rates lower than our website.

Minimum stay of 5 nights is compulsory.

Cancellation policy is as follow;

Cancel policy (JST):

90 ~ 60 days prior to Check-In: 10% of total fee

59 ~ 3 days prior to Chek-In: 50% of total fee

With in 2 days prior to Check-In / No Show: 100% of total fee
